As a Realtor with Carolina One Real Estate, my passion is helping people navigate one of life’s biggest milestones - finding or selling a home. Whether you’re buying for the first time, relocating to Charleston from across the country or abroad, upsizing, downsizing, or investing, I’m here to make the process smooth, organized, and stress-free. What sets me apart is perspective. Having moved internationally and transitioned through multiple markets, I understand the excitement, uncertainty, and emotional weight that comes with buying or selling a home. That experience allows me to offer not just real estate expertise, but empathy, patience, and guidance tailored to each client’s needs.
My path to real estate wasn’t traditional; it grew from personal experience. With a background in Somatology (health and skincare) and a career in lecturing, I stepped away from work to raise our daughter and move across continents. During that time, I became captivated by the home-buying process - touring properties, studying listings, and learning everything I could about the market. That spark became a passion I couldn’t ignore.
Before real estate, I worked as a Spa Director and pet-sitter - two roles that strengthened my customer service skills and reinforced my love for helping others. Our move to Charleston finally opened the door for me to pursue my real estate career, and I haven’t looked back.
Originally from South Africa, my journey has taken me across three continents - South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States. After six years in New Jersey, my family and I fell in love with Charleston during a visit, and by 2022, we made this beautiful city our permanent home.
Starting over in a new city - and a new country - taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of connection. For me, real estate isn’t just about transactions; it’s about trust, relationships, and helping people find the place where they truly feel at home.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family (including our dog and cat), reading, birdwatching, and exploring Charleston County Parks. I never tire of wandering downtown or visiting historic plantations, soaking in the charm that makes this city so special.
