Jessica Halderman moved to the Charleston area from her home state of Virginia with her husband, Charlie Halderman, in 2012 during a Navy permanent change of station. What started as a new adventure quickly became home; the area's vibrant culture, historic charm, and welcoming community convinced Jess and Charlie to put down roots and make Charleston their forever home.
As a REALTOR®, Jess is passionate about helping people navigate one of life's biggest decisions. As a Certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Jess understand the unique challenges that often come with moving and relocation. Her experience working with out-of-state buyers and sellers, along with negotiating buyer-side new construction contracts, enables her to confidently assist clients in a variety of situations. You can count on Jess to be responsive, dependable, and committed to your success.
When Jessica is not helping clients find their perfect home, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Ranger. On a sunny day, you will often find them paddleboarding around Shem Creek, exploring downtown Charleston, or enjoying everything this wonderful community has to offer.
