Hello, my name is Will! Academically, I’m grounded in the fundamentals of the industry, double-majoring in Management and Marketing at the University of South Carolina. This background ensures that I handle every transaction with high-level professionalism, organization, and a clear-headed approach.

Outside of real estate, my life has long been centered around music. Having spent 15 years as a professional musician and audio engineer—a field I am still active in today—I’ve developed a unique skill set that serves my clients daily: deep patience.
