I love my job because it allows me to do my
favorite thing, build relationships with people! I am extremely
extroverted and enjoy being social and experiencing new things. I have
lived in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, California, Arizona before landing in
my final destination of Charleston, South Carolina in 2015. I love
Charleston and am passionate about exploring it, learning about the
history, enjoying all of the outdoor adventures it provides, being
grateful for the natural beauty and ideal weather. During the week nights
you can usually find me on a baseball field enjoying watching one of my
four sons play ball, it's my happy place. On the weekend nights, I'm
usually out enjoying a cocktail at a local restaurant or bar or listening
to live music somewhere. Nearly every Sunday, you can find me hosting an
open house. If you catch me at an open house, you may walk in a stranger
but more than likely you will walk out as a new friend. I love to connect
with people and am genuinely interested in hearing about their stories,
what brings them to Charleston and if it happens to be a native, I usually
have lots of questions and requests for recommendations! I've met so many
interesting people at my open houses and consider myself very lucky to
have gained many of them as clients and more importantly, as friends. I
am a dedicated servant and will do whatever it takes to make my clients
happy. I have helped buy and sell homes for my clients all over the tri
county area but I personally live and work on Daniel Island, a wonderful
place to raise my kids. My latest passion project is flipping homes, I
love the process of taking a neglected home and bringing it back to it's
original glory or something far better. I feel fortunate to work for
Carolina One which has become a second family to me and am over the moon
about being one of the original agents in our beautiful new Daniel Island
