Peter Kouten is a Charleston native and has a passion for helping clients buy and sell Charleston real estate.Peter earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in 2014 and then worked in the construction field before pursuing a career in real estate in 2019. This construction experience gives him superior insight when it comes to explaining the home inspection and recommending vendors to homebuyers and sellers.Peter has completed over 200 real estate transactions to date and has flipped over 30 homes.
