I (Michael Simmons) was born August 13, 1988 in Charleston, SC to a mother (Patricia Simmons) of two at the time. I’m the third of four boys all born and raised in Charleston. I’m a high school graduate of Burke high school class of 2007 (Go Bulldogs!), also have a BA in Digital Media from South Carolina State University in 2011 ( Go Bulldogs again!). After college I worked as a dishwasher at Red Lobster from 2012-2017, then I went on to work for the U.S. Postal Service in 2016 to the present day. I got interested in Real Estate in 2020, decided to pursue my license with the determination of providing great people with great homes. My goal is to help people get into homes and save money! I’m a father of a smart, beautiful, ball of energy 3 year girl named Lancen Simmons. She is my drive and inspiration to continue working hard everyday. During my free time I love to do activities with my daughter, spend time with friends and family, workout, and partake in sporting events and activities. As a Realtor, I look forward to contributing to families dream of owning a home!
