Hey y'all. My name is Maureen but everyone calls me Mo for short. But I am nearly 6 feet tall so that is the only short thing about me!
My husband, Roy, and I are a blended family and we have 5 adult kiddos throughout Arizona, Texas and South Carolina. Together, our children have blessed us with 8 grandbabies and that has been a great joy. I am the care giver for my sweet 86 year old momma, Josephine, who is just a hoot. She thinks she is a Realtor, now, too, since she studied right along with me during the school work portion.
I have spent my entire career in Social work, serving all the way from Child Protection starting in 1997 as an Investigator and a Crisis case manager working in juvenile and family court cases. Then I transitioned to working with adults with special needs getting employment and services in their community. I then became a Medicaid Case Manager assisting families with terminally ill parents/loved ones in the end of life transition, offering them the ability to stay in their homes rather than being placed in facilities. Lastly, I assisted families of children with Autism getting into desperately needed services. So I have basically worked from birth to end of life in the role I know and love. All the while, moving around from State to State as my husband served as a United States Marine. We are a huge Military family and mighty proud to support those who are or who have served.
Once we moved to South Carolina to "retire" we continue to enjoy the lake and the fun in the area but I have been missing my connections with people. I need to be amongst other folks who want to strive to do their best to help serve others. I took the plunge and became a Realtor and was blessed to join the Home Advantage Team in September 2026. I am beyond ready to meet, explore, assist and learn all there is to do in this next chapter of my adventure.
I am a fun, excited, compassionate and kind girl with a heart for people and hope to meet some amazing folks along the way. I have a creative flare and an eye for things that may not jump out at first site. I can definitely look "outside of the box." I am looking forward to assisting those who are looking to dive into an exciting world of home buying, selling or relocation. If I can't help, I can certainly find someone who can! Cant wait to meet you!
