Kay Minson offers local insight to South Carolina's Lowcountry and includes a high level of commitment to honesty and integrity for understanding client goals not only during the search, purchase, or sale process, but also to serve as an ongoing resource for market information. She is grateful for the privilege to assist clients and friends time and time again.
Ms. Minson celebrates over 20 years as an active member of the local Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® (CTAR). As a charter member of the CTAR Global Business Chapter, Kay has enjoyed helping with various board leadership roles including its President as well as serving as a past member of National Association of REALTORS® Global Business and Alliances Committee and SC REALTORS® Board of Directors. She is a member of the Historic Rotary Club of Charleston and Charleston Women in International Trade. Kay currently serves in community as an Advisory Board member with Global Charleston and served as an Action Team member with the International Resident Support Committee of the Global Fluency Initiative of the Charleston Regional Development Alliance (CRDA) that is a collaboration of the three-county region of Charleston. Ms. Minson enjoys being part of a network of colleagues near and far and is honored and humbled to be recognized as the CTAR 2023 Global REALTOR® of the Year award recipient. As she experiences its growth with changing landscapes, Kay continues to love her native state of South Carolina and its natural resources, gardens and coastal waterways, culinary delights, and its diverse culture. She values close ties with family who collectively celebrate over 50 years of relationships in the real estate profession.
