Meet Joshua Pape, Realtor® Charleston Native | Real Estate Professional | New Construction Specialist
Born and raised in Charleston, SC, I’m a true local with deep roots in the Lowcountry. I grew up in the Northbridge neighborhood of West Ashley, where I spent my summers lifeguarding at the Northbridge Pool and swimming competitively with the Northbridge Killer Whales. I was also part of the first graduating class at the North Charleston School of the Arts—where my love for music took hold and never let go (the louder and heavier, the better!). As a Realtor® with over 11 years of experience in real estate and residential new construction, I bring both local insight and industry expertise to every transaction. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer or looking to build your dream home from the ground up, I’m passionate about helping clients navigate the process with confidence and clarity. I hold two Bachelor of Science degrees from the College of Charleston and pride myself on being both knowledgeable and approachable. I currently reside in Downtown Summerville and love being part of its vibrant, growing community. When I’m not working with clients, you can find me working out, training in Taekwondo with my son, or soaking up the sunshine on the water or at the beach.
