Jennifer Grace Gessner has been a real estate agent since 2015. A historic home specialist, Jennifer loves real estate and enjoys working with both Buyers and Sellers. Beginning her career in New Orleans, she's returned to the Charleston area, happily.
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting from UNC Chapel Hill and a Master of Arts from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, Jennifer also studied painting at the Arts Students League NYC, as well as business and French at Parsons. She was selected as a New Orleans Art Council-Artist as Entrepreneur, and her career has been focused on art, design, and architecture for years. She has worked as a freelance artist, a financial project manager for architects, architectural lighting designers and art directors, a Royal Streets art gallery manager and was commissioned to paint the interior of a Cape Cod mansion. Several years ago, she was encouraged by a realtor friend to get her real estate license, and once she made the move, she quickly became a top producer.
Known as creative, mindful, and kind, Jennifer makes the selling and buying process seamless for her clients, always putting their needs first. And as someone one who has lived in cities across the U.S., Jennifer is particularly adept at helping clients who are in the process of relocating. She also has a great eye and ease for art direction, understanding how to stage a home to showcase its advantages.
When not working, Jennifer is passionate about gardening, design, yoga, swimming, the ocean and traveling abroad. She has lived in Boston, New York City, Durham, NC, Provincetown Cape Cod, MA, New Orlean, LA and moved back to the IOP area this year. Jennifer continues to run a successful business in New Orleans area while integrating into the Charleston, SC market. sistercitycollective@gmail.com
