Greg is an efficient, detail-oriented and self-motivated Broker Associate and Realtor® looking to guide his Clients through the real estate process. First-time homebuyers are some of his most exciting Clients as they are embarking on this journey for the first time, needing to be educated the entire way. He also knows the importance of the upgrade/downgrade process when moving to that next home. Greg has obtained both ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative) and AHWD (At Home With Diversity) certifications within real estate. He's also worked his way on the Relocation Team with Carolina One so he's equipped and educated in working with all types of Clients, located all over the world.
Greg was born in Colorado Springs, CO and lived all over Colorado for the first 23 years of his life, spending a majority of his childhood in Louisville, CO (just outside of Boulder). He attended college in Fort Collins, at Colorado State University where he received a B.S. in Accounting. He moved to Knoxville, TN for about 4 years before heading back to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs to earn a second B.S. degree in PGA Golf Management & Marketing.
As a PGA Golf Professional, he lived and worked in several locations in Colorado, Nebraska, Northern California and even made his way to The Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia, where he met his wife, Lindsey.
Greg still enjoys playing golf when possible, camping, hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, skiing, snowboarding…basically anything where he is active. He also loves traveling, working on his house and anything involving animals (aside from palmetto bugs/cockroaches, of course) but spending time with his senior Great Dane pup, Byrnn is his favorite. He enjoys going to all of the wonderful restaurants in Charleston and is a big fan of the craft beer scene here in Charleston. Don’t tempt him with a good time or you may be in over your head.
