Eunice Beard couldn’t be happier to be at Home Advantage Realty, and we are BEYOND excited to have her with us! In her own words: "I love the friendly atmosphere and professionalism at HAR. Life simplified is a wonderful thing!" Fun facts: Prior to her real estate career, Eunice worked in the Governor’s Mansion during the administration of Governor and Mrs. James B. Edwards. She met celebrities including Elizabeth Taylor, Helen Hayes, Ronald Reagan, and even Muhammad Ali! After launching her successful career with Russell and Jeffcoat, Eunice helped numerous clients with their real estate needs, always offering a calm and kind demeanor and outstanding attention to the many complex details of real estate transactions. Eunice is a graduate of Columbia College, a Greater Columbia Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence Lifetime Member; a recipient of the Order of the Palmetto; and was named as a YWCA Business Woman of the Year.
