I am Betty McGinnis, I have been in Real Estate for 35 years. Recently in 2024, my husband, Jerry, passed away after battling leukemina, and I chose to stay home and take care of him. Now I am returning full time to Real Estate.
We both lived in Winnsboro until we moved to Kershaw County 30 years ago. We were blessed to provide homes for 18 Foster Children, adopted 2 children and we had 1 biological child.
I have worked as a Broker/Sales Agent since 1990 and have experience in home and land sales covering several counties, not hesitating to go the extra mile, providing my client(s) the best service possible. I have developed many trusting relationships making sure the transaction is as smooth as possible from beginning to end, using my years of experience and training to work for you to find the right property that will meet all of your needs, one you can look forward to coming home to.
