I’m not a high-volume agent by choice. I believe in quality over quantity—taking the time to really understand what each client wants (and sometimes even helping them figure that out along the way).  I work with a select number of clients to ensure each receives the dedicated time, focus, and service they deserve.   • Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - top 3% of Real Estate agents in U.S.
  • Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Guild Level Distinction (CLHMS Guild) - the premier independent authority in training and designation for real estate agents working in the luxury residential market.  Guild Level - earned by Institute Members with documented sales performance in the top 10% of their market (Guild Level is earned by sales of properties over $1,000,000).
  • Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) - uniquely qualified to assist home sellers and buyers ages 50+.  This designation is awarded only to agents who have additional education on how to help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions.
  • Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) - only 10% of Realtors hold this designation
  • Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) - certified to help clients through the process of buying or selling foreclosure and short-sale properties
  • Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) - enhanced expertise to determine the most accurate value for a home
  • Full-time licensed REALTOR® since 2008
