Ashley Rice has had the privilege of calling Charleston home since 2005. Although she grew up in Scottsdale, AZ, attended college at the University of Colorado-Boulder, and lived for a short time in London and Chicago, she couldn't imagine living anywhere other than the Lowcountry. There is never a shortage of things to see and do, but her favorite outings are dining at one of the many award winning restaurants and a relaxing afternoon boat ride. She has 2 lovely daughters (8 and 10) and enjoys exploring the area with them.
Her experience in real estate began in 2006 working with an area builder in new home sales after which she transitioned to working directly with both buyers and sellers. Although, she took a few years off to focus on her 2 young girls, she is thrilled to be back working with clients offering a unique understanding of Charleston's diverse real estate market. Clients appreciate her low-pressure approach, flexibility, patience and ability to really understand what a client wants and needs – not to mention her ability to negotiate, analyze, and accurately price and market a home.
