Tyler Davidson is a lifelong Charleston resident and a Realtor® with Carolina One since 2009. With 15+ years of experience and 200+ successfully closed transactions across Mt. Pleasant, Downtown, West Ashley, and the neighboring islands, Tyler has been a multi-year recipient of the Charleston Realtors of Distinction (Top 5%) and Carolina One Platinum Circle of Excellence. After earning a B.S. in Environmental and Natural Resources with a minor in Conservation Biology from Clemson University, Tyler planned to pursue land sales—timber and recreational tracts, plantations, and acreage. Recognizing that niche was slow in 2009, Tyler began in residential to master contracts and daily practice. A few years in, residential became the clear fit—and land sales was added as a complement.
