Eve Greene is a Realtor with over 20 years of experience, currently with Carolina One Real Estate in Charleston, SC. She specializes in new construction homes, seller representation, and AI-driven marketing strategies that help clients streamline the buying and selling process.
With a large network of local, national, and international agents, Eve connects clients to trusted real estate professionals across the globe. A cancer survivor, she approaches her work with resilience, dedication, and empathy.
Her strong professional background includes senior roles in advertising, cosmetics, and retail fragrance buying with companies like L’Oréal and Color Me Beautiful. Drawing on this diverse experience, she brings exceptional negotiation, marketing, and client service skills to real estate.
Eve is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Second Home and Resort Property Specialist (RSPS), and is Trans-Referral Certified (TRC). She also holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, an Associate’s in Liberal Arts, is a Certified Corporate Paralegal, has a Certificate in Fashion Merchandising and has completed training in Federal Proposals from Shipley Associates.
Outside of real estate, Eve enjoys spending time with her schnauzer-husky mix, Boots, exercising, visiting Charleston’s farmers markets, and traveling to explore new cultures. She has also skydived, holds a motorcycle license, and embraces life with a spirit of adventure.
