Welcome to our website. We are the Cages Team, Charlie & Shannon. Having been investors for several years, we realized working with clients, helping them meet their needs was a logical next step for us. We enjoy the process of seeing clients real estate goals become a reality. Charlie: I have a Civil Engineering Degree and was a Structural Engineer. Shannon: I have a Master's in Criminal Justice and I've worked for my family business for many years. We are the proud parents of 3 boys and have spent over 15 years vacationing here on the Grand Strand before making it our home in 2018. When we aren't at sports practice, supporting school events and such, we simply enjoy family time..
Call us today, we can help take the stress out of the real estate process. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
