After being born in NYC then growing up in Scottsdale, AZ, and Greenwich, CT, Blair brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to real estate and design. For the past 20 years, she built a successful residential styling business in Greenwich while also assisting with buying for luxury boutique Back 40 Mercantile and collaborating with top real estate agents as a freelance stager.
Following college in Colorado and graduate school in New York City, Blair lived in San Francisco and Los Angeles (back and forth between LA and CT for 20 years). She eventually discovered a deep love for the Lowcountry and made Charleston home permanently with her husband Jorge, a television writer and producer and her kids Dylan, Jack and Hudson. Having lived across a variety of cities, climates, and housing markets, Blair offers clients not only a strong design eye, but also valuable insight into finding the right home, community, and lifestyle. From property selection to creating a beautifully lived-in space, she provides a full-service approach with warmth, creativity, and expertise.
Outside of real estate, Blair enjoys sunrise walks on Sullivan's Island, exploring Charleston’s food and art scenes, and spending time with her family and two beloved dogs, Lemmie and Joe.
