Theresa Wallace is a dedicated Realtor® and proud military spouse, bringing over two decades of public service, leadership, and community involvement to every client interaction. Married to a retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant and law enforcement officer, Theresa deeply understands the unique needs of military families and those transitioning to new chapters in life.
Before entering the real estate field, Theresa served more than 20 years in New Jersey law enforcement, where she managed approximately 200 sworn officers. Her career instilled in her a strong sense of discipline, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to helping others. In addition to her professional service, Theresa volunteered as an emergency medical technician in Lanoka Harbor, NJ, even serving as Captain—further highlighting her dedication to community care.
In 2021, Theresa and her husband retired and relocated with their family from Manahawkin, NJ to Summerville, SC. As a certified Realtor®, she is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), South Carolina Association of Realtors (SCR), and the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR). With eight years of personal experience owning a second home in Myrtle Beach, Theresa is also well-versed in the Grand Strand area.
Theresa has a calming presence and a keen ability to guide clients through the often-stressful process of relocating—especially those moving from out of state. She understands the uncertainties that come with change and prides herself on making the transition smooth, enjoyable, and successful.
Outside of real estate, Theresa is active in her community at Carnes Crossroads and enjoys a variety of hobbies, including pickleball, Mah Jong, Bunco, water aerobics, walking, biking, and trying her hand at golf.
