Shanayra Ulmer was born and has spent the
majority of her life here, in Charleston, SC. As a natural lover of charm
and hospitality, Shanayra knows exactly how important it is that the place
you call home feels as such.
In her younger years, Shanayra lived downtown Charleston, West of the
Ashley, and James Island. She attended public schools in downtown
Charleston and graduated from the legendary Burke High School in 2002.
She quickly learned that helping other people gives her a sense of
fulfillment and became food for her soul. Shanayra has 3 beautiful
children, a girl and 2 boys; whom she states are her most prized
possessions. In her spare time, she enjoys eating and trying new foods,
watching action movies, and shooting pool.
Although new to real estate, Shanayra's ambition and dedication sets her
in a "lane of her own". With her down to earth personality and easy going
attitude, Shanayra gives a personal touch with every encounter. Whether
