lifestyle transition. Michelle treats real estate as a lifestyle
decision, not just a transaction. After relocating her own family to
Charleston, she experienced firsthand how overwhelming it can be to weigh
communities, neighborhoods, schools, amenities, and daily priorities across
the Lowcountry. That search now shapes how she works: she helps clients
move forward with confidence and a true sense of which places actually fit
how they want to live.
As a full-time resident of one of Charleston’s premier barrier islands,
she brings specialized knowledge of Seabrook Island, Kiawah Island, Johns
Island, and the surrounding Lowcountry.
Before real estate, Michelle spent more than 20 years in public relations,
marketing, and luxury business ownership. She ran a high-end company
serving clients in the Hamptons, New York City, and Westchester, and
became known for discretion, exceptional service, and close attention to detail.
After four years living abroad with her family, she and her husband
Anthony, a custom home builder, spent 18 months searching the Charleston
area before choosing their home. That process gave her a practical
understanding of what buyers face when relocating, building, renovating, or
selecting the right coastal community.
Today she leads Live In Charleston with boutique-level service, coastal
market expertise, and renovation and lifestyle insight. Clients know her
as a reliable, trustworthy partner focused on a seamless experience and
lasting relationships.
