Originally from Bluffton, South Carolina, and now calling Charleston home since May 2025, Katie brings a genuine connection to the area and a commitment for helping people through some of life’s biggest milestones.
While Katie is new to working as a real estate agent, she is certainly not new to the sales environment. With seven years of experience as a contract administrator in New Home Sales, she has developed a strong understanding of the home-buying process and the importance of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Her experience behind the scenes gives her a valuable perspective and allows her to provide clients with a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and hands-on experience from start to finish.
