Meet Christina
Christina Myers is the Co-Owner of The Hearth & Home Team at Home Advantage Realty, bringing more than nine years of residential real estate sales, leadership, and new construction experience to her clients and team.
A South Carolina native and proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, Christina earned her bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and has built her career around two things she loves most: people and homes.
Known for her attention to detail, communication, and ability to guide clients confidently through the process, Christina specializes in residential listings, new construction, and helping sellers strategically position their homes for the market. Her background also includes sales management, agent coaching and training, and leading high-producing real estate teams throughout the Columbia market.
Christina proudly serves as a consultant for Fox Creek Homes, a custom and semi-custom builder expanding into the Columbia area from Charleston. Her experience in new construction allows her to help bridge the gap between builders, agents, and buyers while creating an exceptional experience from the first conversation through closing.
She and Logan are also proud RamseyTrusted Endorsed Local Providers (ELPs), a designation Christina values because of its emphasis on integrity, education, and helping families make wise, confident real estate decisions.
Outside of real estate, Christina's favorite role is being wife to Logan and mom to Landon, Easton, and Charleigh. When they're not working, you'll usually find the Myers family spending time together at home or escaping to the mountains of Beech Mountain, North Carolina — preferably gathered around a fire.
